The International Four freedoms Award was awarded to German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel. On the 21 of April 2016 in Middelburg the Netherlands.
The Four Freedoms Awards are presented each Year to Men, Women, Organisations that has given an inspiring meaning to Franklin Roosevelt Four Freedoms.
The Award was presented by prime minister Mark Rutte, for the way Angela Merkel has received Refugees in Europe. The Ceremony was attended by the Royal Family of the Netherlands Princess Beatrix, Queen Maxima, King Willem Alexander.
